Mejorika collects and uses Personal Data to provide you with the Mejorika platform (the "Services") — an AI-powered system for generating professional product photos and videos for e-commerce and marketplaces.

User Content

Product images you upload for AI generation, generated output images and videos, generation preferences and settings.

  • From payment processors when you purchase Sparks

2. Mejorika's Role as Data Processor and Controller

Mejorika acts as a data controller for:

  • Support and sales interactions

  • Product analytics and feature optimization
  • Marketing communications (if consented)

For uploaded product images and generated content, Mejorika processes this data to provide the Services as instructed by you.

  • Process payments and manage Sparks balance
  • Communicate with users about their account and generations

Use of Data for AI Model Improvement

Mejorika may use anonymized and aggregated data from generations to improve AI model accuracy and feature quality. This data is de-identified and stored separately from user accounts.

Safeguards: No user's data is exposed to others. Models are not fine-tuned to memorize or leak proprietary information.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

Mejorika shares Personal Data with third-party service providers:

  • AI Providers: For image and video generation (e.g., RunwayML, Stability AI)
  • Payment Processing: Stripe for secure payment handling
  • Cloud Hosting: For data storage and service delivery
  • Analytics: Google Analytics for website usage analysis

All service providers are bound by strict data processing agreements.

Mejorika stores data primarily in the European Union. If data is transferred outside this region — for example, to AI service providers in the United States — Mejorika uses legally approved safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or adequacy decisions.
