Content Policy

This Content Policy ("Policy") governs all content created, uploaded, generated, submitted, or otherwise made available through the Mejorika platform and related services (the "Services"). This Policy forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, Mejorika's Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Purpose and Permitted Use

Mejorika is a platform designed to support the creation of AI-generated visual content for:

• E-commerce use cases, including but not limited to product photos, product videos, marketplace listings, catalog imagery, and digital assets
• Commercial marketing, including social media content, advertising materials, and promotional visuals

The Services are intended solely for lawful business purposes within the scope described above.

Any use of the Services outside of these intended use cases is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing by Mejorika. Mejorika reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a particular use falls within the permitted scope.

2. Prohibited Content and Uses

You may not use the Services to create, upload, generate, distribute, or store any content that:

2.1 Unlawful or Harmful Content

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Infringes intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights
• Is defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
• Promotes violence, harassment, abuse, discrimination, or exploitation
• Facilitates illegal activities

2.2 Sensitive or Regulated Categories

Unless explicitly authorized by Mejorika in writing, you may not use the Services in connection with:

• Political campaigning or political persuasion
• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Weapons, controlled substances, or regulated goods
• Gambling or betting
• Financial fraud, scams, or impersonation
• Content depicting real individuals without their consent
• Deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive

2.3 Misuse of the Platform

You may not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or test vulnerabilities of the Services
• Circumvent any content moderation, safeguards, or security mechanisms
• Use the Services to build, train, or improve competing AI products
• Use automated systems to extract data from the Services without authorization
• Generate content intended to impersonate real individuals without authorization
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use

3. Limitation to Intended Commercial Context

The Services are intended for generating product visuals for e-commerce and commercial marketing purposes.

Mejorika expressly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use the Services for:

• Personal or non-commercial experimentation unrelated to product marketing
• General-purpose AI image generation unrelated to product, catalog, or commercial workflows
• Any other use that Mejorika determines, in its sole discretion, is inconsistent with the intended purpose of the platform

4. Uploaded Product Images

When uploading product images for generation, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the product images or have the right to use them
• The products depicted are legal to sell in your jurisdiction
• The images do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
• You have any necessary permissions for branded or trademarked items

5. AI-Generated Content Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before commercial use. While Mejorika strives to generate appropriate content:

• AI outputs may occasionally contain unexpected elements or artifacts
• You must verify that generated content is suitable for your intended use
• You are solely responsible for any content you publish or distribute
• Mejorika does not guarantee that generated content will be free from errors

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

Mejorika may, but is not obligated to, monitor content created or stored through the Services for compliance with this Policy.

If Mejorika reasonably believes that you have violated this Policy, Mejorika may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Remove or disable access to any content
• Suspend or restrict access to the Services
• Terminate your account without refund of unused Sparks
• Report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities
• Take any other action Mejorika deems necessary to protect its platform, customers, or third parties

Mejorika's enforcement decisions are final and are made at its sole discretion.

7. Content Retention

To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests, Mejorika may retain content as follows:

• Uploaded product images: Retained for 7 days after generation, then deleted
• Generated content: Retained for 30 days, or until manually deleted by user
• Account data: Retained for 30 days after account deletion

If Mejorika is subject to a legal hold, court order, or other lawful request, relevant content may be retained beyond these periods as required by applicable legal obligations.

8. No Expectation of Public Hosting

Mejorika is not a public hosting provider. Content generated or stored through the Services may be removed at any time in Mejorika's discretion if deemed non-compliant, risky, or outside the intended commercial purpose of the platform.

9. Changes to This Policy

Mejorika may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
